Print advertising only helps your listing agent get more listings, and does nothing for your home sale. Often these magazines are printed quarterly, months after the listing agreement is signed, and always end up spending years in baskets in powder rooms and as dust collectors on coffee tables. Agents and brokerages love this gimmick, however, because of the years of potential brand awareness this buys them.
